Please Note:

• No Returns or Exchanges:
  Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  
• Product Care Responsibility:
  Damage caused due to exposure to perfume, moisture, chemicals, acids, or liquid solutions is not covered and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  
• Storage Guidelines:
  Avoid storing jewellery in airtight boxes or lockers for long periods, as moisture may cause damage. Also, do not wrap jewellery in coloured paper or cloth.
  
• Billing Proof:
  Customers are requested to retain the original invoice/bill for future reference.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Product:
  In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
  
• Jurisdiction:
  All disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.
